It’s a story that took shape slowly, year after year, walking through the truffle grounds, observing, making mistakes, and learning. Above all, learning \u2014 from the places, the plants, and the old masters of the trade, who passed down their invaluable knowledge to us. Today, our ten hectares are home to Tuber aestivum, Tuber melanosporum<\/strong>, and a small production of Tuber bianchetto<\/strong> \u2014 a heritage built with patience, method, and a care that has never ceased to be artisanal. <\/p>\n All this, without ever resorting to chemicals:<\/strong> because a healthy truffle ground is, first and foremost, an ecosystem in balance.
