Truffle Farm: thirty years of passion for truffles,
among the natural parks of the Ancona hinterland
We are a farm specialized exclusively in the cultivation and production of truffles, founded in 1994 in one of the most pristine areas of the Marche, nestled between the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Park and the San Vicino Park. Eight hectares dedicated to the cultivation of Tuber aestivum and Tuber melanosporum, a corner of woodland that was once part of the Counts of Rotorscio estates and is now the natural habitat of a living, well-tended, and constantly evolving truffle ground. From direct production to consulting for truffle growers, from fresh truffles to truffle delicacies: everything starts here, from the same earth.
Fresh truffles and truffle delicacies: from our woods, straight to you
We directly cultivate and select Tuber aestivum, Tuber melanosporum and a precious small production of Tuber bianchetto — rare varieties that our land, with its unique microclimate between two natural parks, manages to express at its best. Our fresh truffles arrive from the field to your table with the traceability and freshness that only a direct producer can guarantee. And for those who want 그 unmistakable aroma all year round, we have developed a line of artisanal truffle delicacies — oils, creams, salts, and sauces — made with the same care and the same starting ingredients. We ship throughout Europe… because the scent of our woods knows no borders!
From our truffle ground to yours: consulting, spore inoculation, and a “field-tested” method
Thirty years in the field have taught us that truffles cannot be improvised — neither in the kitchen nor in cultivation. For this reason, we support two distinct worlds with the same expertise: on one hand, the selection and sale of premium fresh truffles and derived artisanal products; on the other, professional consulting for those who want to create or revitalize their own truffle ground, with certified spore inoculation, soil analysis, and multi-year technical support. Because the true wealth of a farm like ours is not just what it produces, but what it knows how to pass on.
